Photography is for me an active meditation.
A practice that feeds my soul.
Like the Buddhist sand mandala, it reminds me of the impermanence of each moment. Though I capture these fleeting instants through my camera, I also find meaning in letting them go, allowing space for the next moment of beauty and awe to arise.
I find this practice profoundly joyful and wish to share it with others.
Here, you’ll find a few of my recent photos. I take many each day, but for me, it’s the act of noticing, of spotting the beauty in ordinary moments - that is truly healing. I invite you to linger and take time with these moments.
